Laurie Garside- Womer is an entrepreneur at her core and a dedicated champion for women small business owners ready to grow beyond where they are today. She and her team help founders move from overwhelm to clarity-with strategy, accountability, and a community where peer to peer engagement flourishes in the right room of support.

With over seven years in business development and coaching, and more than 20 years as a business owner, Laurie brings both strategy and lived experience to every client she serves. She has owned multiple businesses, including a landscape design company, floral shop, and manufacturing operation.
She has coached more than 800 entrepreneurs across all stages of business, from startup to exit. Her work is hands-on, practical, and deeply rooted in real-world application.
Her impact includes over $15M in capital infusion, $22M+ in sales growth, and more than 150 jobs created and supported, and this is from just the few that reported their results.
Laurie was a core part of a team that earned national recognition for their work supporting entrepreneurs with building thriving businesses, she served as an advisor, trainer, and Associate Director.
